In case you are unhappy with the product, we are happy to find them a New Home. Alwyas when the cards are unused, and the packaging didn't suffered any damage. No cracks and or marks on the cards or box.
We recive the item, and if passed our quality control, you will be refunded within 5-10 business days. We encourage you to take a good care of them in the first couple weeks, while you decide if you and the new card deck will be happily bounded for life.
We accept returns of unused, unopened physical items in their original packaging within [14 days] of delivery. To start a return, contact us at celestriawhispers@gmail.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
